Terms and Conditions
Payment:
Visa and MasterCard orders are accepted. COD
Orders will be sent certified check or money order. Open account orders must
be approved by Andrews Products in advance.
Pricing and Specification Changes:
Andrews Products reserves the right to make
changes to specifications, prices or sales policies at any time without
notice.
Shipping Carrier:
All orders are shipped FOB, Mt. Prospect, IL, via UPS
or motor freight.
Foreign Shipments:
Foreign orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars
including freight and forwarding charges. Andrews Products will provide bank
wire transfer information.
Shortage Claims:
Claims of shipment shortages should be made
directly to Andrews Products.
Damaged Shipment Claims:
Claims of shipping damage or packages broken open
prior to delivery must be made directly to the shipping carrier.
Returned Goods:
Before returning any parts, call for a returned
merchandise authorization number (RMA). All returned products must be
undamaged and unused. There will be a 20% charge from the original invoice
price on any returned items. Custom made or obsolete parts are not
returnable.
Shipping Charges for Returned Goods:
Returned parts must be shipped freight prepaid.
Any shipments sent freight collect will be refused. Goods must be packed to
prevent damage in transit. Goods damaged due to improper packing will not be
considered for credit.
Warranty Disclaimer:
All parts listed in this catalog are intended for
use in high performance racing and competition events. Therefore, unless
there is clear evidence of defective material or workmanship, no warranty or
guarantee of performance or suitability of purpose exists to either the
original buyer or any subsequent purchasers.
Custom Gears and Camshafts:
Custom designed gears and camshafts are quoted and
priced on an individual basis. Call for information.
